Sumatra Lington Raja Batak Specialty Coffee
Sweet and spicy taste with aroma of flowers and walnut
This singular Arabica is cultivated by small landowners on the plateau north of the volcanic lake of Toba. The coffee grows, without shadow, among the great variety of ferns that cover the clay and iron-rich soil. Immediately after harvesting the beans are removed from the skin and after a brief fermentation they are washed and finally dried in the farmers’ backyards.
