Perù Place San Ignacio Specialty Coffee
Creamy body with sweet and floral notes
The beans of this excellent coffee are grown and harvested by a small cooperative, in the volcanic region of Cajamarca and Jaen. Over the years the intense exploitation of mineral resources has impoverished the surrounding land, rivers and forests; currently the cultivation of high quality organic coffee has become the key to Cajamarca’s economic and environmental sustainability.
